At the University, students must handle most of their academic matters electronically, but of course there are also some that must be handled in person.

The majority of tasks that must be handled electronically are included in the academic system, which must be examined in Neptun, such as semester-by-semester registration, course enrollment, exam registration, changing certain personal data, monitoring financial matters, making payments, etc. With the information materials on General Academic Matters and Choosing a Major and Specialization located in the upper menu items, we aim to help you navigate the academic system, and provide background information for the tasks there.

Another part of the matters to be handled electronically is related to the Quaestura Student Customer Service Office, here you can, for example, request a password for the study system, or generate a new one to replace a forgotten password, or modify personal data that must be verified with a separate document, or find out about the periods of the most important tasks to be performed in Neptun. Most of the administration related to payments also takes place here, for example, here you can start an electronic case to handle problems related to the collective account, so we definitely recommend that you visit Q-space (Q-ter) as well.
